Tips On How To Make Your Own Spa Heat Wraps

To create a personal body wrap might seem to be complicated but the steps can be simplified by know certain tricks. However, this would involve careful planning and schedule before you would even start. Also, you would have to take time in shopping for the products to be used.

There are packages sold in which you can use in an instant but you may choose to create your own. Spa heat wraps are mainly made of bandage rolls made of elastic fiber and has varying sizes and are currently sold in many drug stores. An adult would need fifteen rolls in an average.

The next thing that must be done is to get a number of safety pins that are larger and you may purchase them or you may already have them in your kit. This would be helpful in fastening the piece in place. There are also bandages that already included in them clips but if you want to have your work faster, pins are better used.

Moreover, you should as well secure the necessary solution and these can be readily bought in most stores but you may opt to make your personal solution. All you have to do is to obtain the necessary ingredients. The contents and amounts of each ingredient would depend on the health needs and the aroma therapeutic preferences of the user.

One more object that you have to obtain is the sweat suit made up of PVC which is a rubber like material that can be bought in most sporting good shops. You would not be paying a lot for this because of its inexpensive price and this is great in promoting sweat when you do activities such as jogging. This can also be fastened by velcro or even by strings.

Then, you would have to turn on the heat inside the home with your heating system or you could bring a portable heater in your bathroom. This would be necessary because you might feel a little chilly when you apply the piece. This will also keep you out of the drafts which cause the chills.

It should follow then the setting up of all the tools which you have already gathered all together before you start the application. While you wait through the whole process to finish, you can bring along with you a book so you would not be bored. The solutions should also be mixed with warm water before applying.

When you pour the solution into an ice chest or a bucket, it would be at a level which allows it to have the bandages soaked. Adjusting the temperature might also be necessary to avoid burning your skin or you may add cool water into the solution. Do not remove them until they have absorbed the solution.

Furthermore, you need to wrap your body with these tightly but avoid making it too much that it will block your circulation. Start with your lower legs and end right on top of the knee and do this alternately for each limb. Any skin should not be exposed but they should be covered.
